As a HeartMath Certified Trainer, I use the HeartMath system in everything I do-speaking, training, coaching and Reiki sessions.
I will help you learn, integrate and practise how to curate a state of coherence within yourself and how to use it to create harmony, peace, and unity in your outside world.
You will experience, firsthand, how it feels to be aligned in your body, and the beneficial results you can create in your life. by upgrading your frequency.

WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
As a Reiki practitioner, I am there to facilitate your healing, according to your own body’s wisdom.
A unique feature of my treatments is the HeartMath coaching you will receive to amplify the effects – bringing your heart into play for a deeper, more loving healing experience.
